Our Leadership Team

Kam Lele

CEO

With over 25 years in the wireless and satellite industry, Mr. Lele has extensive experience in product and systems development. He has managed multimillion-dollar development programs for terminal development, new feature introductions and chipset integration programs, as well as the development and deployment of new networks.

Babak Hafezi

Chief Growth Officer

Mr. Hafezi has an extensive background in developing new lines of business within a variety of industries including emerging technologies and petrochemicals. He has advised private equity firms on due diligence and third party reviews of technology acquisitions. He has been published and quoted in renowned publications including Forbes, Fortune Magazine and  Bloomberg. He is also an Adjunct professor of International Relations focusing on Middle Eastern Studies      

Arsalan Mehmood

Vice President of Engineering

Mr. Mehmood is a 20-year veteran in the terrestrial and satellite communications industry and currently manages Mobile Frontiers’s government clients and Department of Defense projects. He has led a variety of engineering development programs ranging from air interface design to custom component development for major service providers, OEMs and government entities. He specializes in system engineering and streamlined program management with a focus on meeting client objectives.
